It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of extending the time of the appellant to comply with the July 6, 2007 Civil Court order, and thereby obtain restoration to the premises, to and including August 8, 2007. However, if by said date, $34,586.63 is not paid to the petitioner by bank check, certified check or money orders, then the motion is denied. In all other respects, the motion is denied.
