Motion by the defendant for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 20, 2007, and, inter alia, to stay so much of the order as awarded the plaintiff exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
