| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to preclude the respondents and the Law Guardian from filing briefs on appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated July 12, 2006 (one in each proceeding). Application by the Law Guardian pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the Law Guardian's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 20, 2007, and the Law Guardian's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
