DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including, inter alia, the hearing on the issue of the validity of a certain general release, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated February 28, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the undated stipulation of the parties, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including, inter alia, the hearing on the issue of the validity of a certain general release, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
