Appeal by Northeast Holdings, LLC, from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 15, 2006. By decision and order on motion dated May 1, 2007, the appellant was directed, inter alia, to retain an attorney to represent it on this appeal on or before June 1, 2007, or the court would dismiss the appeal. The appellant has not complied with the decision and order on motion dated May 1, 2007.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that he appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion dated May 1, 2007.
