It is Ordered that the motion to dismiss is granted unless the appellant perfects the appeal by the November 2007 term of this court. The filing deadline is September 11, 2007. In the event the appellant fails to comply with the above mentioned condition, the petitioner-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order dismissing the appeal. No further extension of time will be granted to perfect this appeal involving a one year old order of the trial court.
