ORDERED that the order on application of this court dated July 19, 2007, in the above-entitled appeal is recalled and vacated and the following order on application is substituted therefor:
Applications by Renee Brockington, as (1) the respondent in Action No. 2 and (2) the defendant-respondent in Action Nos. 3 and 4, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 12, 2007.
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the time of Renee Brockington as (1) the respondent in Action No. 2 and (2) the defendant-respondent in Action Nos. 3 and 4 to serve and file briefs on the appeal is enlarged until August 31, 2007, and the briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
