| SCHEDULING ORDER |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 21, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-06687), and January 1, 2007 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-01945). The New York City Transit Authority perfected its appeal from the order dated January 1, 2007, on July 16, 2007.
Pursuant to Section 670.4(d)(1) of the rules of this court (22 NYCRR 670.4[d][1]), Sharon Methal shall serve and file her brief on her appeal from the order dated June 21, 2006, on or before August 21, 2007. The New York City Transit Authority shall serve and file its brief responding to the appeal of Sharon Methal on or before September 25, 2007; Sharon Methal shall serve and file her brief responding to the appeal of the New York City Transit Authority on or before October 30, 2007. The parties shall serve and file their respective reply briefs on or before November 5, 2007.
