| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both rendered July 17, 2006, to unseal the minutes of the proceedings which occurred before the Supreme Court, Queens County, in the above-entitled case on May 19, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the above-referenced minutes are hereby unsealed for the limited purpose of allowing assigned counsel or his representative access to the record for the purpose of preparing the appeal, and of allowing the respondent access to the record for the purpose of defending the appeal; such access shall include permission to copy the papers insofar as they pertain to the appellant; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order of this court dated February 7, 2007, in the above-entitled case is amended to reflect that the stenographer is directed promptly to make, certify, and file two transcripts of the above-mentioned proceedings.
