Application by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 22, 2006, to substitute Sung Sun Ju, as administrator of the estate of Suk Myun Ju, for the deceased appellant Suk Myun Ju.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Sung Sun Ju, as administrator of the estate of Suk Myun Ju, is substituted for the deceased appellant Suk Myun Ju, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
