It is Ordered that the motion for a stay is granted on the condition that the appellant: 1- continues to pay accruing use and occupancy on each rental due date; and 2 - perfects the appeal by September 11, 2007, for the November 2007 term of this court. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the orders of this court, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
