Application by the respondent-appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 29, 2006. Separate application by the appellants-respondents to withdraw their appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application to enlarge time is granted and the respondent-appellant's time to perfect its appeal is enlarged until October 5, 2007, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the respondent-appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application to withdraw the appeal is granted and the appeal by the appellants-respondents is marked withdrawn.
