| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 5, 2005, to include the transcripts of the proceedings which occurred before the County Court, Suffolk County, in the above-entitled case on October 6, 2005, October 11, 2005, and October 14, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file the transcripts as part of the original papers when the appeal is perfected.
