Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial thereof, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated June 29, 2006, and October 23, 2006, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial thereof, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
