DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated June 27, 2007, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
