Motion by Tanya Fayyaz for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated February 26, 2007, which affirmed, insofar as appealed from, an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered January 25, 2006.
