| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 27, 2007, in the above-entitled matter is amended by (1) deleting from the sixth decretal paragraph thereof the words "the appellant is directed to turn over those transcripts to the respondent when he serves his brief on the respondent," and substituting therefor the words "the transcript shall be returned to this court when the appellant files a brief" and (2) deleting from the seventh decretal paragraph thereof the words "reproduce a copy thereof for the appellant" and substituting thereof the words "reproduce a copy thereof and deliver same to the Clerk of this court".
