| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 6, 2007, in the above-entitled matter is amended by (1) deleting from the ninth paragraph thereof the words "furnish one copy to the appellant, without charge," and substituting therefor the words "deliver any transcripts to the Clerk of this court, who shall deliver same to the person in charge of the institution wherein the appellant is incarcerated for the appellant's examination and use. The transcript shall be returned to this court when the appellant files his appellate brief " and (2) deleting from the tenth paragraph thereof the words "reproduce a copy thereof for the appellant" and substituting thereof the words "reproduce a copy thereof and deliver same to the Clerk of this court".
