| SCHEDULING ORDER |
Appeals and cross appeal from a decision of the Surrogate's Court, Rockland County, dated December 12, 2006, and a decree of the same court dated March 22, 2007. The appellants-respondents Dominick Ferrara and John Ferrara perfected their appeal on August 15, 2007. Pursuant to section 670.4(a) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), it is
