Motion by the Law Guardian for the subject children to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 26, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time of the Law Guardian for the subject children to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 24, 2007, and the brief of the Law Guardian for the subject children must be served and filed on or before that date.
