| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 2, 2006, in the above-entitled matter is amended by (1) adding to the caption thereof Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-07647 and S.C.I. No. 03-00192, (2) deleting from the preamble and the decretal paragraph thereof, the word "both" and substituting therefor the words "and an amended judgment of the same court, all," and (3) adding to the decretal paragraph thereof after the words "two judgments," the words "and the amended judgment"; and it is further,
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated October 5, 2006, in the above-entitled matter is amended by (1) adding to the caption thereof Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-07647 and S.C.I. No. 03-00192, (2) deleting from the preamble thereof, the word "both" and substituting therefor the words "and an amended judgment of the same court, all".
