DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 25, 2007, as directed the production of certain documents and, in effect, to stay all discovery in the above-entitled action relating to those documents, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of so much of the order dated April 25, 2007, as directed the production of certain documents and all discovery in the above-entitled action relating to those documents are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
