Motion by the appellant to enjoin the respondent from commencing any proceedings in the Civil Court, Kings County, to evict her from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 5, 2007, and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
