Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 5, 2006, and January 24, 2007, respectively.
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals in the above-entitled action and the application for an enlargement of time are transferred to the Appellate Division, First Department, pursuant to New York Constitution, article VI, § 4(i), for hearing and determination; and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with the above-captioned appeals shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division, First Department.
