| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by the appellants-respondents and the respondents-appellants on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 29, 2006, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until September 26, 2007, and the joint record or appendix on the appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants-respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time will be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that if the appellants-respondents fail to perfect the appeal by September 26, 2007, then the respondents-appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until October 26, 2007, and the record or appendix on the appeal and their brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
