DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 26, 2006, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief and a supplemental record.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 26, 2007, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file supplemental record is denied without prejudice to filing a supplemental record upon stipulation of the parties or making a motion for leave to file a supplemental record.
