| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents-appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file an answering brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 9, 2006, and November 1, 2006, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their answering brief, including their points of argument on the cross appeal, on or before September 26, 2007 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
