Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 20, 2006, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is is denied, with leave to renew on or before September 19, 2007, upon proper papers establishing the merits of the appeal (see CPLR 1101[a]).
