Motion the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 4, 2007, and June 7, 2007, respectively, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as the appellant is not aggrieved by the orders appealed from (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
