DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 23, 2007, and March 16, 2007, respectively, to direct the release of the minutes of the in camera proceedings on August 17, 2007. Separate motion by the National Parent's Rights Association and Monty Weinstein for leave to file an amicus curiae brief. Cross motion by the Law Guardian pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130-1.1 to impose a sanction against the appellant's counsel and Monty Weinstein for making frivolous motions.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions and cross motion are denied.
