Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 5, 2007, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court dated June 5, 2007, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by the nonparty Essential Beverage House, Inc., inter alia, to stay the public auction of certain personal property pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
