| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 27, 2006, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that on or before September 10, 2007, the appellants remove page 98 from the copies of the appendix on file with the Clerk of the court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents, if they be so advised, may file replacement briefs on or before October 1, 2007, and the appellants, if they be so advised, may file a reply brief on or before October 16, 2007.
