Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 8, 2006, to substitute Elaine Lamb, administrator of the estate of Thomas Lamb, for the deceased plaintiff Thomas Lamb.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Elaine Lamb, administrator of the estate of Thomas Lamb, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff Thomas Lamb, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
