| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner for leave to reargue his motion to hold the respondents in contempt for failing to comply with a decision and judgment of this court dated February 13, 2007, which determined a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Deputy Superintendent of Fishkill Correctional Facility, dated September 27, 2005. The motion to hold the respondents in contempt was determined by decision and order on motion dated February 13, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
