v Angelina Joseph, respondent.

(Docket Nos. V-5401/07, V-8743/07)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by the petitioner from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 19, 2007.

Now, on the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from the order dated July 19, 2007 (see Family Ct Act § 1112[a]) and we decline to grant leave to appeal, without prejudice to the petitioner seeking clarification or resettlement of the order in the Family Court, Kings County.
