| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 11, 2007, and April 24, 2007, respectively, to transfer venue of the appeal to the Appellate Division, Third Department, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on the appeals, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated January 11, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to transfer venue is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on the appeals is denied without prejudice to renew when the appeals are perfected; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated January 11, 2007, is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until October 15, 2007, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date
