DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered April 4, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-04047), and to consolidate that appeal with an appeal from an order of the same court dated March 26, 2007 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-03851).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic as leave to appeal from the order dated March 26, 2007, was denied by decision and order on application dated June 6, 2007.
