Motion by the appellant for the law firm of White & Case, LLP, to be assigned as co-counsel to represent him jointly with The Legal Aid Society on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 10, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
