It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction on condition that the appellants: 1- pay the arrears outstanding and the accruing use and occupancy as determined by the trial court at the September 11, 2007 hearing; and 2- perfect the appeal by the December 2007 term. The filing deadline is October 10, 2007. In the event of appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
