SCHEDULING ORDER

Motion by the respondent Evelyn Pagan on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 22, 2006 and December 15, 2006, respectively, for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned to represent the respondent Evelyn Pagan on the appeals:
