| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to deem a notice of appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 2, 2007, to be a premature notice of appeal from a judgment of the same court entered May 18, 2007, to stay enforcement of the judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and to stay all proceedings in a proceeding entitled Matter of Liles v Liles, pending in the Family Court, Nassau County, under Docket No. F-12282-04/07A.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to deem the notice of appeal from the decision dated March 2, 2007, to be a premature notice of appeal from the judgment entered May 18, 2007, is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
