Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 15, 2007, and to remand the subject children to its care and custody pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of the order dated August 15, 2007, is stayed and the subject children are remanded to the appellant's care and custody pending hearing and determination of the appeal or pending a final order of the Family Court, Queens County, determining the above-entitled neglect proceedings, and the motion is otherwise denied.
