Motion by the appellant, pursuant to CPL 460.20, for a certificate granting leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this court dated March 27, 2007, which affirmed an amended judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered February 28, 2005, and a judgment of the same court rendered April 8, 2005.
