It is Ordered that the motion to stay the hearing on attorney's fees pending the determination of the appeal is granted on the condition that the appeal is perfected by the January 2008 term of this court - the filing deadline is November 14, 2007. In the event the appellant fails to comply with the foregoing condition, the tenant-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
