| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the nonparty-appellant pursuant to CPLR 5520(a) to extend the time to file a notice of appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 3, 2007, which notice of appeal was timely served, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the nonparty-appellant's time to file her notice of appeal in the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Queens County, is extended up to and including September 25, 2007, and the nonparty-appellant shall file her notice of appeal and provide proof of filing to the Clerk of this court on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until October 11, 2007, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
