| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for leave to defend appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, both dated August 7, 2006, and an order of the same court, dated August 8, 2006, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent:
