DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel to be relieved of an assignment to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated April 25, 2007, and, in effect, to dismiss the appeal as abandoned.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, assigned counsel is relieved, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
