Motion by Susan Gerner, Esq., Law Guardian assigned to represent the subject child by the Family Court, Queens County, to be relieved of the assignment on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 23, 2007, and for the assignment of new counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Susan Gerner, Esq., 60 John Street, Brooklyn, New York, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new Law Guardian herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as Law Guardian to represent the child:
