Motion by the appellant for the law firm of Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett, LLP, to be assigned as pro bono of counsel to represent him jointly with Steven Banks, Esq., The Legal Aid Society, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 7, 2006.
