Motion by the appellant for the law firm of Cahill, Gordon & Reindel, LLP to be assigned as pro bono of counsel to represent him jointly with Steven Banks, Esq., The Legal Aid Society, on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 25, 2005, and February 9, 2006, respectively.
